Now that our Amsterdam development studio has celebrated its second anniversary, we are ready to expand the team for work on future games. Bohemia is searching for an embedded Quality Assurance Specialist who can act as a guardian for high quality, consistent, and robust experiences. You would work together with all other team member in order to evaluate their latest work and to let them reach the best results.   • Play-testing: thorough testing of gameplay mechanics, playable content, assets, and everything else related to our projects
  • Organization: setting up larger play-tests and focus group tests with our Publishing department
  • Communication: discussing feedback with the dev team, writing test reports, and filling detailed bug tickets
  • Evaluation: play-testing our games, providing feedback, and enjoying the results!


  • Very strong focus on quality, precision, consistency, and details

  • Experience with bug reporting platforms

  • A passion for games and game development
  • Experience with Arma (3) / Real Virtuality engine and the relevant tools
  • An understanding of the full game development cycle and iterative development methodologies
  • Experience with Atlassian information systems (Confluence / JIRA)
  • Experience with mastering and distributing game builds
  • Experience with versioning and revision control systems (e.g. SVN)
  • Experience with working in teams, across multiple locations
  • Experience in an international company
  • Game debugging and technical profiling skills
  • Production skills in game development
  • IT knowledge of software / hardware / administration
